4. Know-Your-Agent (KYA) Compliance

All agents are subject to continuous KYA scoring and compliance checks. Pagga reserves the right to suspend or terminate agents that fail to meet minimum compliance thresholds.

5. Fees and Payments

Pricing plans are outlined on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including subscription fees, card issuance fees, and transaction fees. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pagga provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of the Service, including but not limited to agent actions, payment failures, or security breaches.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
